ABOUT THE UNBOUND CLERGY CONFERENCE?

The Unbound Prayer Model is the foundation of a USA based ministry called 'Heart of the Father Ministries'.  This ministry is headed up by a Catholic father and son team Neal and Matt Lozano. Since the founding of the ministry in 1997, the Lozano's have been teaching and training clergy and lay people their ministry model of healing and freedom that helps people to break free from unhealthy patterns of sin, attachments, and deception.

The Lincoln Unbound Team and the Sion Catholic Community for Evangelism are working together to run a series of training events in November this year, with Matt Lozano as the main speaker.  Prayer Team Training Days and the Conferences will take place in Sheffield (1-3 November) and in Brentwood (8-10 November).

In addition, an “Unbound” Training Day for Clergy will be offered at Oscott College on Wednesday 6 November 2019. 

Unbound is a ministry of healing and freedom that helps people to break free from unhealthy patterns of sin, attachments, and deception. Unbound helps people find inner freedom in Christ through ‘Five Keys’: repentance and faith, forgiveness, renunciation, deliverance and blessing.

This training day for priests, deacons and seminarians offers an overview of the Unbound model and a variety of practical ways that the Five Keys of Unbound can be incorporated into the ministry of priests and deacons, including the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

This conference will specifically cover how to utilise this model during the Sacrament of Reconciliation. 

The Unbound model is a practical guide to simple deliverance prayer for lay people to use. It does not in any way encroach upon the ministry of major exorcism which Unbound clearly teaches is reserved solely for appointed exorcists in the Church. The Secretariat for Doctrine of the US Bishop's conference has given a strong endorsement of the Unbound model.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:

9.00am Morning Prayer & Welcome

9.30am SESSION 1 – Unbound and the Power of the  Gospel

10.30am COFFEE BREAK

10.50am SESSION 2 - Overview of “5 Keys” of Unbound  followed by Q & A

12.15pm MASS

1.00pm LUNCH

2.00pm SESSION 3 - How we Minister including Video  & Discussion

3.45pm COFFEE BREAK

4.15pm SESSION 4 - Unbound in the Confessional &  within Spiritual Direction followed by Q & A

5.00pm Holy Hour

6.00pm Evening Prayer

6.15pm Departures

 Unbound Prayer will be available on the day by appointment with trained teams. This will take place instead of the Holy Hour for those who have to leave at 6.15pm but will be offered into the evening for those able to stay. Please note that if you stay, an evening meal will NOT be available. However, you will be able to get something to eat in the local area.

COST: £45 (to include Lunch).  £25 without Lunch is booking after 27th October

UNBOUND CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICIES

1  Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more in advance of the event date will receive a ninety (90%) percent refund with ten percent (10%) being retained to cover administrative and registration costs. 

2  Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non refundable.
